Nº01Is this an original, match-signed shirt?
No, and we will always be upfront about that. Every Iconix piece is a collector's replica with a reproduction signature, made to celebrate a player and a moment. You get a museum-style display for your wall at a fraction of the price of an authenticated original.
Nº02What exactly do I get?
Your piece arrives finished and ready to hang. We mount the jersey by hand in our 60 × 80 cm black-and-gold display frame, with gold matting, two photos of the moment and a nameplate, then pack it in the protective Iconix box. No framer, no waiting, no extra cost: $199 at our opening price until Sunday 11 October (regular price $249), delivered free anywhere in Lebanon.
Nº03Can I buy the jersey without the frame?
For now, every Iconix piece comes framed. That is how we make sure it arrives finished and ready for your wall. If you have a special request, message us on Instagram.
Nº04How do I pay?
Cash on delivery. Place your order on the website and pay the driver in cash when your piece arrives. No card needed.
Nº05How much is delivery, and how long does it take?
Delivery is free anywhere in Lebanon: 2–3 days in Beirut and Mount Lebanon, 3–5 days elsewhere. For now we deliver within Lebanon only.
Nº06Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, until your order is out for delivery. Message us with your order number. Once it has left with the driver, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.
Nº07Can I return or exchange a piece?
No. All sales are final once delivered. If you are unsure about a piece, message us before ordering and we will send you extra photos or details.
Nº08Can you make a player that is not on the website?
Send us the player and the season on Instagram, and we will tell you whether we can make it.
